Louth man cleared of indecent exposure charges

Phillip Lanham, 53, of Bishop's Close in Louth, was cleared of two sexual offence charges when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates' Court on January 15.

Lanham had faced two charges of intentionally exposing his genitals in Bishop’s Close in the presence of someone who would see them

and be caused alarm or distress. The charges dated back to September 2 and September 8 last year.

In court, both charges was dismissed, and the defendant’s costs and personal expenses relating to the court case will be paid to him from central funds.
