Louth man Tom O'Keefe cleared of assault charge
An assault case against Tom O'Keefe, 26, of Broadley Crescent in Louth, has been dismissed after '˜no evidence' was offered against him in court.
As reported previously, Mr O’Keefe was due to face trial at Skegness Magistrates’ Court last Friday (March 11) to face an assault charged dating back to last December, and he had pleaded not guilty to the charge on January 12.
However, when Mr O’Keefe appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court for the trial on Friday, he was cleared after the court dismissed the case as no evidence was offered against him.
