Louth man's assault trial is discontinued
A Louth man's assault case has been discontinued.
Carl Adam Chappell, 30, of Bowers Avenue, had been charged with assaulting a woman at a property in Burgh on Bain on June 30.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge on July 3, and his case was discontinued by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 3.
