Louth youngsters win library competition

Two youngsters from Louth were presented with a special 30th anniversary edition of Where's Wally last week after they won the two competitions run by Louth Library to mark the special occasion.

Children were tasked with the challenge of finding all of the Wallys that were hidden in the library, with the winner being Jake Jacklin (4).

He was helped by friend Faith Godfrey (3), pictured right.

For the slightly older children, they were given a Where’s Wally themed quiz.

Winner of the quiz, getting all of the questions correct was Isla Hall (8), who attends Lacery Gardens School in the town.

The youngsters are pictured above with library staff members Liz Wood and Geraldine Edis.

They explained that the Where’s Wally competitions went down really well and had at least 50 children take part

in the celebration event to mark the 30th anniversary of the iconic Where’s Wally.
