Lynx trio make the grade for leadership

Three mature students at the Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy in Retford have successfully graduated to black belt 2nd Dans in the Korean martial art whilst studying in advanced training programs and leadership.

Steven Sanderson, Robert Macioszek and Robin Martin have all trained at the academy for the past five years.

Each student brought talent, discipline and perseverance to the seven-hour graduation day, which consisted of three classes back to back, a personal development course and then the graduation event itself.

Master Andrew Blinston, chief instructor at the Lynx Academy, commented: “It is clear to see that these gentleman have put their heart and soul into this graduation, along with their fives years of training.
