Main ring activities at Heckington Show suspended due to air ambulance
The activities in the main ring at Heckington Show were this afternoon (Saturday) suspended.
This was due to an incident elsewhere in the showground and the air ambulance needing to land in the main ring.
The ambucopter has come from the Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire service.
No further details are available at this time - return for updates.
The two-day show, in its 149th year, is the biggest of its kind in England.
Aside form the main ring, there are a whole host of trade stands and family activities.
