Man from Boston faces trial for 15 sex charges
A 21-year-old old Boston man has been sent for trial on numerous sex charges relating to an underage girl on dates between May and August last year.
Daniel Hibbert of Wheeler Close, faces 15 allegations of engaging in sexual activity, both penetrative and non penetrative, and engaging in sexual communication with one girl who was aged 14 at the time.
He entered no pleas and will appear at Lincoln Crown Court on September 19.
