Man killed in crash at Toft was a Ruskington man, say police

Police have confirmed that a Ruskington man say died at the scene of a motorcycle crash at Toft, near Bourne yesterday morning (Thursday).

A Ruskington motorcyclist was killed in a collision at Toft.

Lincolnshire Police say the man, in his 50s, was riding a black Honda motorcycle, when it was in collision with a white Ford Transit on Stamford Road in Toft.

The incident happened around 11.10am and police say the biker's next of kin have been informed.

The road was closed for several hours while emergency services remained at the scene and the road was cleared.

Police crash investigators are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage or saw either vehicle prior to the crash to contact them on 101 or email: [email protected] quoting incident 124 of July 16.
