Hide AdProsecutor Ruth Snowdin said when officers took Padley to Stubbing Lane, where he claimed to live, he started swearing near people who were attending a firework display.
Defence solicitor Jamie Radcliffe said his client had drunk too much at a friend’s funeral and accepts that his behaviour was ‘completely out of order’.
His sentence was a six-month conditional discharge and £15 victim surcharge.
