Man to face crown court
A CLOWNE man will be sent to Crown Court charged with growing cannabis.
John Mitford Sinclair, 47, of Duke Street, is charged with producing the class B drug in Shireoaks on 17th August last year.
Neil Major, prosecuting, told Worksop Magistrates Court that an independent expert had valued the plants as being worth anything between £7,350 and £24,500.
He was bailed to reappear on 29th February for committal to Notts Crown Court.
