Man will be resentenced
A WORKSOP man admitted failing to comply with a community order at Worksop Magistrates Court.
David Cyrus Battey, 39, of Winnifred Road, admitted failing to attend two appointments.
He was sent back to Nottingham Crown Court, where the order was made, to be resentenced at a date to be decided.
