Man’s trial date is set
A MAN accused of receiving two stolen Land Rovers and a stolen motorcycle in Carlton is due to stand trial in August.
Lee Foster, 29, of Narrow Lane, North Anston, pleaded not guilty at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday to handling the first Land Rover Defender between 6th April 2008 and 6th May 2011 and the second between 10th December 2010 and 6th May 2011.
He also denies handling a Kawasaki motorcycle between 25th October 2010 and 6th May 2011.
Judge Jeremy Lea bailed him until his trial in the week starting 60th August.
