Margaret Dickinson pays a visit to Horncastle newsagents


Last Thursday (March 23) saw Sunday Times Top Ten Bestselling Author Margaret Dickinson pay a visit to Perkins in Horncastle, where she was singing copies of her new novel Daughters of Courage - the sequel to The Buffer Girls.
The novel follows Emily Ryan as she rises in the ranks from buffer girl to business owner.

But with the Great Depression and Second World War looming over, can she preserve her new found fortune?
Margaret Dickinson was born in Gainsborough and moved to the coast at the age of seven.
Her ambition to become a writer blossomed early and she had her first novel published at the age of twenty-five.
Daughters of Courage is avaiable now in major bookstores.
