Marks and Spencer help raise cash for lots of good causes

CHARITABLE staff and customers from Worksop’s Marks and Spencer Simply Food store are celebrating after raising nearly £1,000 for a variety of good causes.

The store are donating a total of £909.92 to charities Break Through Breast Cancer, BreastCancer Research, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Prostate Cancer Charity.

Staff and customers raised the cash through fundraising activities such as a charity bike ride, dress-up days, bake sales, a book exchange and much, much more.

Backroom manager Matthew Nowak was thrilled at the generosity of everyone involved.

He added: “We’d like to say a massive thank you to all of our staff and customers for their incredible hard work in raising this money - we couldn’t have done it without you.”
