Martin Dales man drove without a licence
Timothy Gawain Sawyer, 67, of River Witham Bank, in Martin Dales, near Woodhall Spa, has been found guilty of driving without a licence.
The offence, which was proved in Sawyer’s absence at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on January 25, took place in Londonthorpe near Grantham on May 26 last year.
He was also charged with failing to comply with solid white line markings on the road on the same day.
Sentencing was adjourned to Grantham Magistrates’ Court on April 7, to consider disqualification from driving.
