Mayor's cash for Brigg youth organisations

Money from Brigg Town Mayor's Charity Fund, the 2014-15 Mayor's Appeal, has gone to young people's groups in the town.

Squadron Leader Gill Wills received £250 on behalf of 2222 Squadron Brigg Air Training Corps, which will be used to fund indoor archery and David Jollands received £250, on behalf of the hockey club, which will support the club’s Easter tour to a prestigious international event for boys and girls under 18 teams in Surrey.

The money was presented by current mayor James Truepenny on behalf of that year’s mayor, Edward Arnott.
