MISSING: Epworth man not seen since New Year’s Day

Police are appealing to the public for help in locating a missing Epworth man who has not been seen by his family since New Year’s Day.

Norman Barwick, 67, of West Carr left an address on Thompson Avenue, Harworth, near Doncaster at around 3.30pm on New Year’s Day, January 1 2015.

He had expressed an intention to travel in his car, a grey Fiat Bravo, to a nearby petrol station to obtain petrol and then return to his home address. However, Mr Barwick did not return home and he has not been seen since, neither has there been any contact made with family members.

Family and police are concerned for Mr Barwick’s welfare as he requires regular medication for an existing medical condition and is not thought to have taken this medication with him.

Mr Barwick is described as being of average height and build and is clean shaven with short dark brown hair and wears glasses.

Mr Barwick, or anyone who may know his whereabouts is asked to call Humberside Police on 101 quoting log number 784 of 1 January 2015.
