The photos and video have been captured on the scene by photographer David Dawson after the blaze in Heckington Business Park. More than a dozen crews, plus water carrier and aerial ladder platform have been involved in bringing the fire under control, with firefighters working to damp down flames in the offices at the front of the building and pouring in gallons of water onto the roof from above. Flames had been seen spouting out of the chimneys of the nut roasting ovens in the factory which are said to have all caught fire.

The fire was first reported shortly before midday today.

A fire service spokesman said it would be several hours before all crews would leave the site.
