Motorcyclist in hospital after Sutton on Sea incident

It happened on Monday, July 4 around 6pm at the Sidings in the village.

The local man was thought to have been riding an ornage trials bike without a helmet when he collided with a house and sustained fractures and facial injuries. He is still awaiting treatment.

Police confirmed the bike is connected to a burglary that took place in Alford earlier that day and, subsequently, five local men aged 20, 23, 25, 35 and 39 were arrested on suspicion of burglary on Monday, interviewed and released on bail.
