MPs are set to debate plans to ban members of the public from buying fireworks.

Many people have concerns about fireworks being let off on their street. Nearly 300,000 people have signed an online petition which states fireworks 'scare animals, young children and people with a phobia'.
Parliament is due to debate the petition on Monday. Parliament must discuss a subject once a petition has more than 100,000 supporters.
