Murder accused set to go to trial in March

A man accused of murdering a woman whose body was found at a house in Boston will go on trial in March next year.

The body of Marina Erte, 33, was discovered at a property on Elizabeth Road, Boston, on the afternoon of 20 May.

Gytis Griskevicius, 32, of St Ann’s Lane, Boston, has previously pleaded not guilty to her murder.

He spoke only to confirm his name during a pre-trial hearing at Lincoln Crown Court today, (Monday).

Judge Michael Heath adjourned the case for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on 27 March. It is expected to last three weeks.

Griskevicius was remanded in to custody until his trial.
