Digital marketing coordinator at Visit Lincoln, Joel Murray, said: “2018 is the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force. The occasion will be marked with televised events in London as well as a special programme of aviation themed activities, events and exhibitions in Lincoln, plus the official opening of International Bomber Command Centre.

“This year we want to work with local businesses on our ‘RAF Lincolnshire’ marketing campaign which gives visitors a reason. We’re asking businesses to use the free toolkit and support our ambition to make Lincoln a top 10 visitor destination.”
