Nominate a good citizen in your life
Nominations are now open for this year's Good Citizen Awards.
The scheme is run by Lincolnshire County Council to, in its words, ‘recognise the extraordinary work that so many volunteers do throughout the county’.
Entries are invited in four categories, with winners enjoying a VIP day out at the Lincolnshire Show with a guest, and a framed certificate commemorating their achievement.
The categories are: Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen (open to those aged 18 or under), Community Group, and Couple/Pair.
For more information and to make a nomination visit: www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/goodcitizensaward or phone 01522 554966.
The closing date for entries is April 28.
