Nominations are now open for Sleaford-based Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s Making a Difference Every Day Awards – which celebrate the compassion and commitment of its 2,000 staff and volunteers.

Patients, carers and members of the public are being encouraged to nominate in two categories this year – the People’s Award and the Volunteer of the Year Award.

The People’s Award will be given to an individual or team who is dedicated to consistently providing the highest quality of care for patients, someone who always goes above and beyond the call of duty and who can be depended on to offer a smile and a helping hand at all times.

The Trust’s Volunteer of the Year Award will recognise outstanding individuals who give up their free time to assist in a variety of services across the county.

Nomination forms are available on the Trust’s website www.lpft.nhs.uk/making-a-difference, alternatively you can contact the communications team directly for a form by calling 01529 222276.

Nominations close at 5pm on Friday December 16.

A shortlist will be drawn up and the winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony on February 23.
