North Anston: Firefighters extinguish bungalow fire
Three fire engines from Aston, Maltby and Rotherham stations were called to a fire at a bungalow on Wentworth Way in North Anston, Rotherham at 7:20am this morning (Friday 25th July).
An elderly lady in her 70s was already out of the property when crews arrived.
Firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and worked hard to prevent the fire from spreading to the adjoining property.
The fire is believed to have started in the loft area due to an electrical fault.
