North Anston: Partner of Karl Harris urges people to ‘wear team gear’ at his funeral
The partner of North Anston rider Karl Harris has asked mourners to ‘wear team gear’ at his funeral this Friday.
Mr Harris, 34, a three-time British Supersport Champion, was killed while riding in the Isle of Man TT races on 3rd June.
He crashed in an area known as Joey’s Corner during his final lap of the 37.5 mile Mountain Circuit.
In a Twitter message, Karen Crane said: “Karl Harris Funeral shall be Fri 20th June, 11am, Howden Minster, East Yorkshire.”
“Please wear team gear if you can everyone welcome #RT.”
