Nostaglia: £2,000 boost for Donington on Bain sports area
In 1998, a cheque for £2,000 was presented to Donington on Bain Parish Council to help fund a multi-use sports area in the village.
Coun Rosemary Robinson presented the money on behalf of East Lindsey District Council.
The funds were handed over to parish council chairman Richard Drinkell, who is pictured with vice-chairman Bryan Parkinson, committee member David Wallis and local youngster Oliver Scutt.
