Nostalgia: First hydraulic platform for county unveiled
In 1965, the fire service revealed the first hydraulic platform of its kind in the local area.
It would become a useful piece of equipment to help the fire service with their emergency call outs. But nowadays, most of the local fire services will now have one each.
