Nostalgia: Kirkby n Bain pupils step back in time
Pupils at Kirkby on Bain Primary School took a step back in history when they held a Tudor day in 1994.
Not only did they dress in the appropriate clothing, but also rehearsed and performed a short play, including music and dancing, but made food and drink of the period as well.
Under the guidance of Pat Gregory of ‘Discover History Days,’ they were able to really look and feel the part.
Pat made all the costumes herself.
