Notts: Online cookbook to make use of leftovers

Notts residents who are looking for some festive inspiration for post party food waste reduction can follow some excellent waste saving advice from Love Food Hate Waste.

Kevin Parker, regional communications manager for Veolia Environmental Services said: “There are loads of creative things we can all do with those party leftovers.”

Veola and the County Council have put together an online cookbook, with tips and recipes from Notts residents, community groups and chefs.
