MRS Grace Beryl White, of Caroline Close, Sleaford, has died at Lincoln County Hospital. She was 73.
Her funeral will be held on Monday at the St Denys' Church, Sleaford, followed by private cremation at Grantham. The service will be conducted by the Rev John Patrick.
Donations are invited for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
Funeral arrangements are by Colin Ward Funeral Services, Boston Road, Sleaford.
