Economy - You forgot the beef and sheep
I read your article on '˜50 things to do in Lincolnshire' and thought it was good, but you missed one of the best things about our county - Lincoln red beef and Lincoln long wool sheep.
Both are very important to our economy. Even Countryfile recognised the importance.
