Green bins charge - fly tipping concern
All increasing the green bin charge will do is increase the amount of fly-tipping.
Have you driven on the back roads around Horncastle?
Just about every one of them has something dumped at the side of the road.
Near where I live, there was a three-piece suite dumped. A friend actually saw a white van drive up and put the suite in the back.
When he asked the van driver what was happening, he was told the settee was better than the one he had at home!
