Lighting - A paper trail is more effective
You recently published an article about the state of street lighting in Horncastle.
Your readers may be interested to know that there is a website (wss.lincolnshire.gov.uk/site/LCC/login) where they can report problems with council-provided/supported infrastructure.
I’ve found that creating a paper trail is much more effective than phoning in requests.
