Nostalgia - The wrong William

We refer to Ian Scard's letter which seems to confuse William I, William the Conqueror and William the Rufus.

William I was indeed the Conqueror, but William Rufus was William II and he was crowned on September 26, 1087.

It was never proved that Harold was killed by an arrow in the eye, just that he died in battle with his brothers.
