I refer to your front page in the Horncastle News last week.

You could not make it up.

I wonder if this is the same authority responsible for the temporary traffic lights in Horncastle recently?

Temporary lights at the busiest junction in the area to repair one damaged drain? Really?

The long tailbacks said it all.
