Road plan - What will be true cost?

While I applaud the vision of a coastal highway, I wonder what the true cost would be?

It appears we are talking about an upgrade of the A158 from Lincoln to Skegness.

That is at least 50 miles and if we are looking at dual carriage ways and bypasses then the cost will rocket.

I note you suggest £200m, but when you consider the Lincoln East bypass will cost well over £100m for a ten-mile section of road, I think you were being very conservative.
