State of roads is a disgrace
The state of many roads in the Horncastle area is an absolute disgrace.
We know about the many potholes and I find it incredible the County Council claims to have mended so many of them.
Now, I read the council has been given more money to repair potholes. I hope all the money goes towards that.
At the same time, farmers must take responsibility for keeping our roads clear of mud.
