Overturned lorry blocking A17 Sleaford bypass
The A17 Sleaford bypass has been blocked by an overturned lorry this afternoon (Friday).
The incident was first reported at about 2.40pm this afternoon.
According to a Lincolnshire Police spokesman, the A17 is blocked both ways by an overturned 27 tonne lorry near the flyover and junction with Boston Road at Kirkby La Thorpe.
The lorry was carrying straw to Sleaford’s renewable energy power station on Boston Road.
No injuries were reported. A recovery vehicle is estimated to arrive at 4.15pm.
