They said the pair were later cautioned by police.

Dog walker Darron Abbott reported the incident to the police.

He told The Standard: “I was taking Sam [his dog] for a walk at 8am in the morning around Garfit’s Park. In the car park under the CCTV camera, two cars were parked both with engines running, the Audi’s hazard warning lights flashing.

“Sam went to the toilet, I picked it up and took it to the bin next to the Audi. The female in the car seemed to be very active on the male’s lap - it does not take a genius to work out was going on.”

He alleged that the other car, a Volkswagon, was full of males who he believed were ‘waiting their turn’.

He said that after police turned up, a Peugeot arrived ‘also full of males’.

Anyone with further information on the incident can call the police non-emergency number 101, quoting incident 82 of November 5.
