Pair face trial
TWO Gainsborough men face trial next month over allegations of making threats to kill and causing criminal damage.
Frederick Smith, 41, of Lea Road West, and John Smith, 38, of Summergangs Lane, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on 17th July.
They are on bail until the trial on 28th August at Lincoln Crown Court.
