100 jobs up for grabs at Butlin's 'family friendly' recruitment day in Skegness

The event follows a successful recruitment day earlier this year and comes after a recent restructure at the resort designed to streamline operations and bring teams closer to guests.

Roles on offer include the multi-skilled Team Member Plus position, as well as a new Supervisor Plus role, which involves leading teams across departments while maintaining standards and guest experience.

Other vacancies are available in Accommodation, Bars, Buffet Restaurants, Resort Safety, Guest Services and the Leisure Team.

Organisers say the event has been designed with families in mind, with a dedicated children’s entertainment area including pottery painting and soft play, allowing parents to explore job opportunities without needing to arrange childcare.

Free parking will be available on resort, and candidates are encouraged to bring a CV where possible. While there is no need to book, advance registration is recommended to speed up the process on arrival.

A Butlin’s spokesperson said: “After the success of our first family-friendly event earlier in the year, we look forward to welcoming local jobseekers to our Skegness resort.

“We've recently simplified our resort structure, and a range of opportunities are now available.

“As one of Lincolnshire's biggest employers, we'd love to see you on the day – whether you're taking your first step into employment or looking for a new challenge.”

The resort says department leaders will be on hand throughout the day to speak informally with applicants, explain shift patterns and give an insight into working life at Butlin’s Skegness.

The open day will take place on Thursday, April 23, running from 11am until 3pm, with a wide range of roles available across multiple departments. Those interested can register in advance via the Butlin’s careers website or simply turn up on the day.
