Appeal to find owner of mystery picture lost in Skegness
An appeal has been made to try a trace the owner of a mystery picture that was found on Skegness beach.
The picture, which features a man in combat uniform, was discovered on Wednesday by a local resident, Carolyn Smith.
Carolyn was litter picking when she found the picture.
"It was next to the pier just before the sand starts to slope down,” she said.
"I have kept it safe in the hope I can find its owner.”
