A body located in a river near Kings Lynn is believed to be a woman missing from Burgh-le-Marsh.

Lincolnshire Police say: "The body of a woman has been located in River Ouse off Clockcase Lane, Clenchwarton, near Kings Lynn, yesterday (Tuesday).

"Although the woman has not formally been identified, we believe this to be Shirley Cranston."

There has been a massive search for Shirley, aged 59, involving the public as well as the police since she was reported missing on March 13. Her vehicle in the North End car park in North Parade, Skegness, in the early hours of March 12.

Emergency services were called to riverbank of the River Ouse off off Clockcase Lane, Clenchwarton around 10.40am yesterday.
