Casting is underway for this year's family panto which is being presented in Skegness by Gary Starr Pantomimes.

Unfortunately, as we previously reported, the Neverland Theatre remains closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially as the building underwent major refurbishment during the last lockdown.

However, Mr Starr is determined to bring us some festive joy and is working with Richmond Holiday Centre to create a safe and socially-distanced environment so families don't miss out on the annual tradition.

"Whilst our beautiful theatre sadly keeps its doors closed with no grants or funding, fear not, we’re not giving up as we fight on with our productions for this Christmas - both online and live - in order to reopen our doors next year.

"The theatre is currently converted into a green screen sound stage helping us produce three online shows for streaming this Christmas, plus a brand new online show for the Starlight Children’s Foundation"
