Boston restaurant appeals for nominations for free festive meals

A Boston restaurant is asking people to nominate someone who they think deserves a festive treat.

This Christmas Eve, The Ridge Rooms Restaurant, in Main Ridge West, will be spreading some seasonal cheer by delivering 40 complimentary Christmas feasts to deserving people in the area.

Nominees will be put in a Christmas hat for the lucky winners to receive a Christmas dinner and pudding with all the trimmings, as well as a chilled light Christmas evening meal (meat, vegetarian, and vegan options available), delivered to their door on December 24.

Anyone who wants to make a nomination, should call Leanne on 07734 454366, give the nominees’ name and phone number, plus their own name and phone number, so the restaurant can tell the recipient who has nominated them (if the person making the nomination would like them to). The closing date is Friday, December 18.

All nominees must live within three miles radius of Boston town centre (maximum two per household). If the recipient is not available to take the offer on the delivery date or does not wish to receive it, another name will be chosen randomly out of the hat and contacted.
