Big-hearted people have been doing their bit for the cause which is vital to hard pressed charities this year.

At Ruskington’s Winchelsea Primary School they all wore pyjamas and did fun activities, said headteacher Helen Duckett. But they were very excited to receive a visit from Pudsey Bear himself.

Chestnut Street School in Ruskington joined in Joe Wicks’s PE challenge. They also did a school art project and their Little Conkers pre-school children did a Pudsey hunt.
