Dieting duo inspired after nine-stone loss

Cat Lytwnchuk, 30, from Horbling, lost more than five stone and has successfully achieved her goal weight of 13 stone.

Janet Beston, 53, from Billinghay, had to lose two stone and 10 pounds to achieve her goal weight of 10 stone and seven pounds.

Cat, who works as a nursing assistant, is relaunching the Heckington Slimming World group on Monday at 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

Regarding her weight loss, Cat said: “I lost five pounds in my first week, which was amazing.”

About the group in Heckington, Cat said: “I’m excited about helping people the way that Slimming World has helped me.”

Janet is launching Tattershall Slimming World group on Thursday, October 20, at 5pm and 7pm.

“I can’t wait to help others achieve their slimming dreams,” she said.

Emma Scarborough, consultant and team developer for Slimming World, said: “Obesity is becoming such a huge issue in the UK.

“I am very excited about the support the new consultants will bring to help our local communities lose weight and get healthy.”
