To take part, like the LIVES account on either Twitter or Facebook, tag the relevant page and share your design using #DefibDansEgg

Defib Dan, LIVES charity mascot, will judge the most egg-ceptional design and the winner will receive a hamper cram-packed of cracking great stuff.

Defib Dan wants to bring a little cheer this Easter, so there is no requirement to pay to enter.

He said, “I’m normally busy teaching lifesaving CPR to children, but you’re all at home! So I need something to keep me busy. I look forward to seeing your designs!”

LIVES has an army of volunteers ready to respond to 999 medical emergencies.

Volunteers are working hard to ensure their responders can still continue to be there during the COVID 19 pandemic, training and equipping volunteers with the correct level of PPE.

When minutes matter, a LIVES Community First Responder or Medic can make the difference, arriving on scene to provide early invention and help save lives.

The prize draw launches today (Monday, April 6) and closes on Friday, April 17.

The winner will be selected on Monday, April 20
