A Halloween-themed colouring competition is now underway. Download the template from the Lions’ Facebook page.

Once it has been coloured in, email or Facebook-message it back, and the Lions will choose the winner and send out a prize.

The second event is the inaugural ‘Great Louth Pumpkin Hunt’. Thirteen naughty pumpkins have escaped from the pumpkin lorry and are hiding out in Hubbard’s Hills.

The Louth Lions need the help of local children to find them all. Get your wellies and find them all!

The hunt takes place on Saturday October 31 (10am-2pm), and there is no need to pre-book.

On the day, visit the Lions’ information tent near the café at Hubbard’s Hills and pick up an activity sheet for a small donation.

All correct sheets will be entered into a prize draw, and there is also a prize for the best fancy dress.

So, gather the cobwebs, spiders, and brooms and head over to Hubbard’s Hills to enjoy the fun!

More details can be found on the Louth Lions website and Facebook page.
